Taking our name from the historic hotel that once stood on the corner of Foster Avenue and Marine Drive on the border of Chicago’s Edgewater and Uptown neighborhoods – and building upon its dedication to gracious hospitality – The Admiral is located in one of the most culturally stimulating and diverse communities in the United States.
A Promise for the Future
In July 2012, we opened our doors to a newly renovated space, moving from our original Georgian-style building to a modern, upscale residence. This transformation was driven by our commitment to meet the evolving needs of seniors who wanted to live in the vibrant heart of Chicago.
Nestled in the Uptown neighborhood, with Lake Michigan as our backdrop, The Admiral quickly became Chicago’s premier choice for urban senior living. Our community offers beautiful residences, a carefree lifestyle, and easy access to everything that makes Chicago great.
In 2023, we celebrated our 10th anniversary at our current location and look forward to the possibilities that await in the future. Our journey has been one of constant improvement, forward momentum, and dedication to residents.
