The benefits of the Embark Priority Program make your future move to The Admiral at the Lake the best it can be with priority apartment selection, a monthly fee rate lock, and access to community amenities and programs.
The Embark Priority Program is the best way to ensure you secure your preferred apartment style for when you are ready to make the move – whether it’s six months or five years from now.
As a member of the Embark Priority Program, you’ll be guided through the admission process based on your approximate planned date for moving and the apartment you desire. In summary, it’s the program to be in if you’re considering The Admiral at the Lake as your new home.
Benefits of the Embark Priority Program
The benefits of Embark Priority Program membership make your future move to The Admiral at the Lake the best it can be, including:
- If you move into The Admiral within the first 12 months of your membership, your monthly fee will not increase during your first year of residency
- If you move into The Admiral more than 12 months but within 24 months following your membership, your monthly fee will not increase for six months following your move-in date
If you move into The Admiral at any time during your Embark Priority Program membership and the apartment style of your choice is not available, you will have priority access to the next available apartment of that style over all other applicants.
