Independent Senior Living

The Admiral at the Lake features a home for every senior lifestyle.
Select from one of over 45 different floor plans, determine the appropriate monthly service costs (for singles or couples) and the anticipated move-in time frame, and a member of our team will provide specific details on your choice.
By paying an upfront entrance fee, our Independent Living Residents are securing their future through Lifecare. Lifecare is the most comprehensive retirement plan for seniors ready for independent living. The Admiral at the Lake’s Lifecare program offers residents peace of mind, providing health services as needed throughout their lifetime at a predictable rate.
Below is a range of entrance fees and monthly service fees for various apartment styles based on a 90% refundable plan:

The fees above are approximate and based on a 90% refundable plan, meaning 90% of the entrance fee is refunded when a resident leaves the community. All apartments are available on a 90% Plan, most are available on a 50% Plan, and some are available on a 0% Amortization Plan.

Entrance fees are the upfront costs that are used to secure a place in the senior living community. These entrance fees at retirement communities, such as The Admiral at the Lake, can lower your monthly fees and cover services, including maintenance, cleaning, and transportation.
Three unique entrance fee options are available, based on “smart” estate planning principles, for prospective residents of The Admiral at the Lake:
- 90% Refundable: The best entrance fee option for those who want to have estate funds set aside for others; available on all residences.
- 50% Refundable: Take this balanced approach to have estate funds available; available on most residences.
- 0% Refundable: Choose this option if you’re looking for the lowest entrance fee; available on select residences.
